BBQ'd Kangaroo
2 x Kangaroo Steaks with;
1 glass Red wine
2 tbl Olive oil
1 tbl Balsamic vinegar
1 tbl Dijon mustard
1 tbl Tomato paste
1 cl Garlic, crushed
2 tsp Soft brown sugar
And Enjoy !!!!
